How I Work: My Onboarding Process

I follow a clear and professional onboarding process so your project runs smoothly—from first contact to final delivery.

Here’s what you can expect:

Initial Contact
Reach out using the contact form or by submitting the Creative Brief (linked in the navigation bar or available by email).
Free Discovery Call
We’ll schedule a complimentary phone or Zoom call to learn more about you, your business, and your content goals.
Proposal & Agreement
After our discussion, you’ll receive a tailored project proposal and a contract to review and sign electronically before the project begins.
Project Kickoff Meeting
We’ll hold a kickoff Zoom meeting with key stakeholders to clarify expectations, gather background materials, set a timeline, and align on goals.
Ongoing Communication
As needed, I offer quick 15-minute weekly check-ins (via Zoom) to keep things on track, answer questions, and keep communication flowing.
On-Time Delivery
Your content will be delivered according to the timeline we set together.
Revisions & Edits
Any requested revisions will be completed within 72 hours during the business week.
Invoicing
Invoices will follow the schedule outlined in the signed contract.
